While your membership is active, you’ll receive a 100% member discount on eligible digital products across the Preppy PNG website. Simply sign in to your member account, add your chosen products to your cart and proceed through checkout. Your member discount will be applied automatically, bringing the price of eligible products to $0.
Complete the free checkout, and your files will become available to download from your account.
WHAT CAN I DOWNLOAD?
Yes—you may download as many eligible digital products as you would like while your membership is active. Choose only the designs you love, or explore the entire website at your own pace.
Your membership includes eligible PNGs, clipart, seamless patterns, mockups, printables, fonts, branding products and other digital products available across the Preppy PNG website, unless a product is specifically marked as excluded.
All products must be added to your cart and processed through the free checkout before they can be downloaded. Membership access is for the registered member only. Account sharing, automated downloading, file sharing, reselling or redistributing the original digital files is not permitted.
COMMERCIAL USAGE
Your active membership includes commercial usage rights for creating physical and digital end products using Preppy PNG designs.
YOU MAY:
✓ Create and sell physical products such as apparel, tumblers, mugs, stationery, invitations, planners and printed goods
✓ Create digital end products such as flattened printables and finished designs
✓ Use designs within customized templates created through platforms such as Templett, Corjl and Canva
✓ Use purchased designs for your own personal projects
✓ Continue selling finished products you created in accordance with the license
YOU MAY NOT:
✕ Resell, share, gift or redistribute the original digital files
✕ Upload the original files to shared drives, membership groups or file-sharing websites
✕ Claim the original artwork or design as your own
✕ Sell the files individually or as part of another digital design bundle
✕ Make the original artwork extractable from a digital end product or template
✕ Share your membership account or downloads with another person or business

CANCEL ANYTIME
You may cancel your membership renewal at any time through your online membership account or by emailing hello@thepreppypng.com. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period and no prorated refund is provided for unused time.
After cancellation, your membership benefits will remain available until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again unless you choose to rejoin.
And yes—you may download the designs you want and then cancel your renewal. There is no long-term commitment. Any products you download must still be used in accordance with the commercial license and membership terms.
If you decide to rejoin later, your previous membership price is not guaranteed. You will be charged the membership price available at the time you rejoin.
PRICING, CANCELLATIONS AND RENEWALS
All membership payments and digital product transactions are final and non-refundable, except where a refund, cancellation right or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Memberships renew automatically at the billing frequency selected—monthly, every three months or every twelve months—unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Membership prices are subject to change at any time. Where required by applicable law, advance notice will be provided before a price change affects an active membership or upcoming renewal.
You may cancel your membership renewal at any time. If you cancel and later choose to rejoin, your previous membership price is not guaranteed. You will be charged the membership price available at the time you sign up again.
Included products, membership benefits and terms are also subject to change. Because membership provides immediate access to digital products, all membership payments and digital product transactions are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
PLEASE NOTE
Membership discounts and benefits are available only while your membership is active. Products must be added to your account through the free checkout before your membership expires. Cancelling your membership does not automatically place products in your account or grant access to products you did not previously check out.
