Terms of Use & Commercial License

Thank you for purchasing from Preppy PNG. By purchasing, downloading, or using our graphics, templates, PNG files, seamless patterns, or other digital products, you agree to the following terms.

License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased design for personal and limited commercial purposes. Copyright and ownership remain with Preppy PNG at all times.

This license applies to:

Graphics and digital illustrations
PNG files
Editable templates
Seamless patterns
Other digital design assets sold by Preppy PNG

Personal Use

You may use our designs for unlimited personal projects, including gifts, crafts, décor, stationery, apparel, and other items that are not sold or distributed for profit.

Commercial Use

You may use our designs to create physical products for sale, including:

Apparel and accessories
Drinkware and tumblers
Stickers and decals
Stationery and paper goods
Fabric and sewn products
Signs, décor, and gift items
Printed merchandise and craft products

The purchased design must be incorporated into a finished physical product. You may resize, recolor, crop, add text, or combine the design with other creative elements.

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

Print-on-Demand Use

You may use our designs with print-on-demand production partners to manufacture physical products on your behalf. You remain responsible for ensuring that your production partner does not sell, share, distribute, or claim ownership of the original design files.

You may not upload our files to print-on-demand marketplaces where the original artwork can be downloaded, extracted, or purchased as a standalone digital file.

Digital Product Use

Our graphics, PNGs, and seamless patterns may be used within a new digital end product only when:

The original artwork is combined with other design elements;
Your finished product reflects substantial creative changes;
The artwork cannot be extracted, edited, or reused by the customer; and
The finished file is delivered in a flattened or otherwise secure format.

You may not sell or distribute our artwork as clip art, digital paper, PNG files, seamless pattern files, design resources, or other digital assets that compete with the original product.

Template Use

Templates may be customized and used to create finished designs for yourself or your clients. You may edit the text, colors, images, layout, and other elements.

You may not:

Resell, share, or distribute the original template;
Sell an edited template that remains substantially similar to the original;
Provide customers with access to the source or editable template;
Claim the template as your own original design; or
Use any part of the template to create another template or design resource for resale.

Unless a product listing expressly grants editable-template resale rights, all customer-facing digital products must be delivered as flattened, non-editable files.

Seamless Pattern Use

Seamless patterns may be used on finished physical products and may be sent to a manufacturer solely for producing your licensed products.

You may not sell, share, upload, or distribute the original seamless pattern file. You may not make the pattern available through fabric-printing or product-customization websites where other users can purchase, access, or reuse the pattern.

Manufacturers and production partners may receive the file only as necessary to fulfill your orders and may not retain, reuse, sell, or distribute it for any other purpose.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell, share, copy, gift, sublicense, or redistribute any original digital file;
Claim our artwork or templates as your own;
Make minor changes and resell the design as a digital product;
Convert the design into another digital format for resale or distribution;
Include the original files in bundles, memberships, giveaways, or free downloads;
Upload the files to file-sharing websites or shared digital libraries;
Use the designs to create clip art, design resources, embroidery files, SVG files, fonts, templates, or seamless patterns for resale;
Register the artwork, or any substantially similar version, as a copyright or trademark;
Use the artwork as a business logo or exclusive brand identity without written permission;
Use the designs in unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or misleading content; or
Allow a third party to use the files independently of your licensed projects.

Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright, exclusive rights, or ownership.

Client Work

You may use our designs to create finished products for a client. The client may receive only the completed, flattened design or finished physical product.

The original source files may not be transferred to the client. If the client needs access to or independent use of the original artwork, the client must purchase a separate license.

Trademarks and Intellectual Property

Some products may include common sayings, themes, or decorative elements. You are responsible for checking applicable copyright and trademark restrictions before selling your finished products.

Preppy PNG does not guarantee that every phrase, word, name, or design element is suitable for every commercial use, product category, or country.

Digital Downloads and Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered after files have been downloaded, except where required by law or when a file is defective.

If you experience a technical problem with your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

License Violations

Unauthorized sharing, resale, distribution, or reproduction is a violation of these terms and may result in termination of your license. Preppy PNG reserves the right to pursue appropriate action to protect its intellectual property.

Changes to These Terms

Preppy PNG may update these terms when necessary. The license terms provided with or published at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Questions and Extended Licensing

For uses not clearly covered by these terms—including large-scale manufacturing, editable digital products, logo use, exclusivity, or expanded commercial rights—please contact Preppy PNG before using the design.
