The Preppy PNG sells digital products only. No physical items will be shipped or delivered by mail.

Digital Delivery

After completing your purchase, your digital files will be made available electronically through the download instructions provided at checkout, on the order confirmation page, within your customer account, or by email.

Please ensure that the email address entered during checkout is accurate and that you have access to it.

Membership Downloads

Active members must sign in to their account, add eligible products to their cart, and complete the free checkout process. After checkout is complete, the digital files will become available to download.

Membership purchases and downloads are delivered electronically. No physical membership materials will be shipped.

Download Issues

If you do not receive your download instructions or are unable to access your files, please check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you used the correct email address during checkout.

If you continue to experience difficulty, please contact us through our website and include your name, order number and the email address used for your purchase.

Important Notice

Product photographs, styled mockups and sample images are for display purposes only unless otherwise stated in the individual product description. You will receive only the digital file or files described in the product listing.

By purchasing from The Preppy PNG, you acknowledge that all products are delivered digitally and that no physical product will be mailed to you.
