Refund policy

Because our PNG designs are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once the download link or digital files have been issued.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you placed a duplicate order or experienced a technical problem during checkout, contact us at hello@thepreppypng.com as soon as possible. We will review requests individually but cannot guarantee cancellation or reimbursement after delivery.

Customized or personalized design orders may be cancelled only if work has not yet begun. Once design work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us with your name and order number. We will be happy to help you receive your purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
